Position Summary
As part of our Technology Applications team, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining applications with Microsoft's AI toolset, including Copilot Studio, Azure AI Services, Power Platform, and full custom development in the M365 ecosystem along with React, and Node.js. Your Work will contribute directly to enhancing business process efficiency within the Firm.
You will also collaborate with the Innovation Team and data scientists to explore and implement AI-driven solutions that push the boundaries of legal technology. The ideal candidate has a strong technical foundation, a passion for software development, and a keen interest in AI research and development.
You will work across various projects, applying a mix of technical expertise, creativity, and problem-solving skills. You will be proactive in identifying areas for improvement, innovating new solutions, and driving projects forward in an agile environment.
Supporting the firm’s needs, you will develop a good understanding of how the firm operates. You will also be an integral part of our focus on delivering the Firm’s vision of profitable growth and will champion our internal culture. Aware of the contribution that you can make to the plans and decisions that will deliver engaged people and outstanding client relationships around the world, you will be confident in speaking up and proactively look for ways to make a difference and implement process improvements.
