The TikTok LIVE Ecosystem team's mission is to create a healthy and sustainable livestream ecosystem. We strive to ensure our users and creators a high quality experience on the platform. This role will be based in Los Angeles, CA. - Create best practices and procedures - Manage key initiatives to improve content and monetization ecosystem - Leverage data to drive strategies and priorities - Work with cross-functional teams, including PMs, Ops, Policy, Data Science, etc., to ensure smooth progress of projects - Coordinate various requests and constraints from partners and stakeholders - Facilitate communication across multiple teams and leadership
Minimum Qualifications: - BA/BS degree - 2-5 years of experience working in program or project management - Experience of content safety, quality, moderation or monetization - Experience of working on UGC or PGC products - Excellent written, verbal, and professional communication skills Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in stakeholder management - Experience in leading data-driven projects - Excellent SQL or analytical skills - Ability to communicate effectively at multiple levels, including leadership teams, managers, and peers - Experience working in ambiguity, achieving results in a fast-paced environment, and continually adapting to changing business needs
