The Salesforce administrator will work with our senior administrative staff to provide oversight on integrating internal processes and applications with various Salesforce applications. The Salesforce should possess extensive knowledge of Salesforce system administration and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

As a Salesforce Administrator I, you will:

  • Review processes and conduct needs/benefit analysis
  • Proactively seek and identify needed system changes
  • Work on customization and development of workflows, flows and API’s
  • Assist in migration and integration process into Salesforce
  • Documenting processes, including error reports and changes to field history tables
  • Manage Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups
  • Assist in generating reports and dashboards
  • Conduct training to users/groups to ensure successful implementation of enhancements
  • Provide support functions as needed
  • Monitor application storage and create documentation as needed
  • Be the subject matter expert on Salesforce and Force.com applications

You are a strong fit for this role if you have:

  • 3-5 years of Salesforce administration experience preferred, but not required.
  • Experience with Financial Force is a plus.
  • Excellent technical and communication skills with experience in interfacing with internal stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to utilize Salesforce analytic tools.
  • Salesforce administrator certification is also a plus.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
