Key job responsibilities

The FBA Analytics PM will support business growth with a focus on internal multiple teams and analyzing overall business. The role is focused on delivering reporting with accurate data at the right level and insights to report KPIs and support strategic decisions. The candidate will be a highly motivated individual, comfortable collaborating with business partners and resilient to deliver multiple requests from different areas of the business. The role requires an individual who is eager to learn and possess a strong technical skill-set to meet challenging deadlines. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, strong attention to detail, and an ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

A day in the life

Focused on details this person will guarantee data accuracy while delivering several reports with different levels of information to support quick short-term as well as strategic long term decisions. You will work in collaboration with other managers to create metrics and dashboards, automate manual processes and bring new insights.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
  • 3+ years of SQL experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
  • Knowledge of data warehousing and data modeling
