The Senior Lead Service Intelligence Analyst oversee projects and work handled by other analysts, developing strategic business solutions, and converting data into actionable insights. This role requires solid data analysis skills, critical thinking, and direct interaction with stakeholders and top management. Know sophisticated data analysis techniques and tools. Deliver high-quality work, including queries and visualizations, with minimal guidance.
