Here, you will be leading our team that supports the small business banking products of our app. With your expert advice relating to technology, solution design and architecture, people leadership and hiring you will drive excellence in technical delivery as per group engineering practices and standards.

• Have solid hands-on experience developing robust and secure android applications using Android SDK and Kotlin

• Are passionate software engineering leaders who love empowering engineers to solve problems with locality and simplicity
• Love being on the tools solving technical problems, being deep in the code and setting the example for what elegant and secure code looks like

Tech Skills:

We use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks. We don’t expect you to know them all but experience or exposure with some of these will set you up for success in this team:

• Native Android applications using Kotlin
• Have solid hands-on experience on Jetpack Compose with a solid understanding of Material Design
• Source control management such as Git and Gitflow
• Metrics automation as well as performance tuning and capacity planning
• Knowledge of cross platform technologies and CI/CD mobile
