JOB SUMMARY

Habit Burger & Grill is looking for an individual with a strong background in project coordination and restaurant operations, who has a passion for driving operational excellence across the brand.

Reporting to and working closely with the Operations Services & Communications Manager, this role supports the execution of key operational initiatives from concept to field testing. Responsibilities include assisting in the development of rollout plans, gathering feedback from test phases, and refining processes to improve operational efficiency. The role also manages project timelines, coordinates cross-functional collaboration, and communicates with field teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation across the brand.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Support in developing strategic plans and assist in managing operational initiatives from concept through to testing phases
• Help design and implement rollout plans for various projects and initiatives, including creating necessary materials
• Participate in the testing process by gathering feedback and assessing operational feasibility
• Assist in developing project plans, setting goals, and helping to manage resources effectively
• Work with cross-functional teams to help coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects stay within scope and on time
• Maintain communication with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals
• Contribute to refining field-testing protocols to improve accuracy and efficiency
• Streamline manual processes using the Monday.com platform and Microsoft programs
• Maintain awareness of Habit Burger operations and a strong focus on serving the needs of Operations in all aspects of the role by actively seeking feedback and occasionally visiting the field to assess test initiatives and current operations.
• Collaborate with the communications team to ensure test communications are clear and accessible for operators and field teams
• Assist in creating Powerpoint presentations that highlight key data points and feature clear, simple visuals
• Participate in feedback and calibration calls with restaurant leaders to explain test initiatives and upcoming operations rollouts
• Act as project manager to ensure challenges are addressed and projects move forward efficiently

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

• 3-5 years of operations experience in multi-unit restaurant or retail preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Project management experience
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects at once
• Experience implementing new SOPs and best practices.
• Experience creating presentation decks and presenting information in a clear, concise manner
• Strong operations experience
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule 2-3 days in office

COMPENSATION

Salary Range: $93,200 to $109,600 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
