About this Position

Annuity Exchange Field Service Rep 1 primary responsibility is to receive incoming calls from field representatives relating to internal annuity exchanges by providing help or escalating to the appropriate team member or department. Makes outgoing calls for the team to relay information quickly to field representatives, answering basic process questions. Respond to inquires timely from various email queues. Providing a positive field representative experience and escalating quickly when appropriate.

This is a hybrid position.

The estimated salary for this role is: up to $35,000

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Handles Incoming / Outgoing Annuity Exchange Calls.
  • Completes follow-up calls as needed.
  • Responds to emails from both reps and home office (both internal and external departments).
  • Assist the department in system testing efforts and any other duties as needed by management.
  • Gains understanding of an annuity and how various annuity products are processed.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year call center experience or equivalent
