Manager / Deputy Manager, PMO & Quality Assurance
[What you will be working on]
You will be part of the Project Management Office (PMO) supporting multiple IT teams in managing IT procurements and contracts, tracking IT assets and documentations, and providing support in managing and testing application systems to ensure successful project delivery. As PMO, you will play a crucial role in aligning the different teams to adhere good practices, standards and guidelines.
IT Procurement & Contract
Work with IT teams to procure manpower services, IT equipment, hardware and software in accordance with guidelines and SOPs. Manage IT contracts to ensure compliance to systems and controls setup for managing claims and payments, variation orders, change requests, budget utilisation, progress updates and so on,
IT Asset Management
Work with IT teams and vendors in managing IT assets (e.g. laptops, tablets, software licences, storage medias) to ensure assets are tagged, tracked and disposed in accordance with guidelines and SOPs.
Quality Assurance
You will lead the quality assurance practice by establishing software testing methodologies, tools, processes, standards and guidelines to align software testing approach across the various IT projects,
System Management
You will manage common application services that cut across various LTA systems such as LTA’s Active Directory, user access review tool, SMS gateway, and so on.
