SENIOR MANAGER (SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE & ASSURANCE), SECURITY

[What you will be working on]

We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager to lead the security activities of our integrated e-payment system. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity and safety of our Automatic Fare Collection (AFC) system.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Oversee end-to-end security operations for the AFC system.

2) Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously monitor and maintain system security health.

3) Manage analysis and resolution of security issues and incidents.

4) Perform and oversee: -

  • Security configuration and compliance monitoring.
  • Vulnerability assessments and remediation plans.
  • Risk analysis and mitigation strategies.

5) Monitor system for anomalies and lead thorough investigations.

6) Deploy timely security patches and fixes.

7) Integrate cutting-edge security solutions into existing infrastructure

8) Coordinate the implementation of security advisories

9) Provide expert insights on emerging security technologies and review technical implementations

10) Develop, review, and update security policies, standards, and guidelines

[What we are looking for]

a) A strong foundation on IT or Computer Engineering, with at least 5 years of relevant IT security experience

b) Proven expertise in one or more of the following areas:

  • System Security: Host/Endpoint, Identity/Access Management, Database, Network, Virtualisation, Application.
  • Security Operations: SIEM, SOC management.

c) Experience with Government Commercial Cloud security solutions (advantageous).

d) Familiarity with DevSecOps; hands-on experience is a plus.

e) Strong project management skills to drive execution in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

f) Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

g) Experience designing and deploying security solutions in cloud environments

h) Relevant security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH).

i) Knowledge of e-payment systems and public transport infrastructure.

j) J) Strong interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in both written and verbal English.
