Responsibilities Responsible for building up risk control policy and process, working to promote transparency and understanding of policies, and educating internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with our processes. Assist in the construction, and optimization of internal platforms and tools, and be responsible for promotion. Develop user education programs to enhance user security awareness. Collaborate with the TikTok business teams (Live, DM, Creator Funds, and many others) to review the business teams' features. Help internal teams to understand if there are any potential risks and align the risk metrics of features. Work with cross-functional teams to add risk control strategies to protect the features and closely monitor the risk metrics defined with the business teams. Bridge the gap between business PM and our DS/MLE PM to understand the attack and mitigate it.
Qualifications Must have a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Management, or a related field, and 1 year of related work experience; OR a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Management, or a related field and 3 years of related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in each of the following: Analyzing large datasets using SQL, Excel and Tableau to conduct root cause analysis and propose opportunities for product improvements; Developing and interpreting machine learning models using Python programming language to reduce fraud on company platform; Conducting design thinking workshops for brainstorming new business opportunities; Managing and maintaining cross functional communication standards to align stakeholders on a shared vision; Documenting project details to communicate opportunity with business partners and clarify technical requirements with engineering and design partners; and Managing project timeline from discovery to development and end-to-end testing using JIRA to ensure timely completion.
