POSITION OVERWIEV

We are looking for a Senior Engineer in our Identity and Access Management team (part of the Platform Security organization in IT). The candidate will play a pivotal role in leading and enhancing our IAM landscape by focusing on the design, implementation, and management of advanced IAM and IGA solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of identity, access management, and identity security best practices, as well as the ability to develop and integrate robust identity synchronization solutions within a complex business and IT environment. The Senior IAM Engineer will also be responsible for mentoring junior team members and driving continuous improvement initiatives to ensure optimal performance and security of our IAM systems.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Proven previous experience (7+ years) with Saviynt, Entra ID, Okta, SailPoint, or other identity management solutions within an IT Service Provider or large multinational company
• In-depth understanding of identity and access management principles, best practices, and emerging trends
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Entra ID, IGA tools, and other identity and access management platforms
• Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing complex IAM solutions in large-scale environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Advanced certifications (e.g., Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Expert)
• Extensive experience with cloud-based identity management solutions, including Azure AD, AWS IAM, and Google Cloud Identity
• Comprehensive knowledge of SOX controls and regulatory compliance requirements
• Proven experience in managing IAM projects within GxP-regulated environments
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and developing junior IAM engineers

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

• Design, implement, and manage Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions to support the organization’s identity and access management needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to ensure seamless integration of identity management solutions with other IT systems.
• Monitor and troubleshoot identity management systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Develop and enforce IAM policies and procedures to ensure compliance with IT security standards and SOX requirements.
• Conduct regular assessments of IAM systems to identify and mitigate security risks.
• Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and stakeholders on identity management best practices.
• Stay up to date with the latest developments in identity management technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.
