Job Description
The Unit Supervisor – Quality is a frontline leader responsible for executing quality strategies, supervising daily activities of the QA team, and driving continuous improvement across the WEM Distribution Center—Bosch’s sole U.S. facility for Power Tools distribution. This position manages 12–16 hourly associates across two shifts, including 3–4 team leads, with responsibility for quality oversight in both warehouse and postponement operations. This role ensures compliance with Bosch QMM standards, ISO requirements, safety expectations, and key performance indicators, while promoting a culture of accountability and operational excellence.

The U.S. base entry salary for this full-time position starts at $90,700. Compensation offered is dependent on the facts and circumstances of each opening. We take into consideration several factors, including, but not limited to, the minimum requirements outlined in the job ad, work experience, job knowledge, the position’s work location, and external market conditions when determining the final base pay / salary.
