Description

The EBCC project manager position applies professional principles, practices, and techniques to lead project teams and control project schedule, cost, and performance risks to ensure positive outcomes. This role has ultimate responsibility for all assigned projects and manages the planning, monitoring, executing, controlling, and all other aspects of a project. The PM will be responsible for the EBCC‘s day to day work of program development to establish a deep knowledge of each project, program operation, and business plan. The EBCC project manager will work with the EBCC Clinical consultant to create clinical pathways aiming to standardize clinical care based on latest evidence across the system, from all the sites including hospitals, off campus EDs, ASCs, UCs from Monroe to Palm Beach. Estimated salary range for this position is $66461.29 - $86399.68 / year depending on experience.

Qualifications

Degrees:

  • Bachelors.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Master‘s degree strongly preferred.
  • Six Sigma Green belt strongly preferred.
  • Certified Associate in Project Management, Project Management Professional, or Business Process Management Certification preferred but not required.
  • Microsoft Office Suite experience including Project and Visio is highly desirable.
  • The position requires strong analytical, organizational, verbal and written communication skills, team leadership skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and employees.
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive work experience in project management and process improvement required.
  • Healthcare experience preferred.
