Procurement GBS Team Manager

Number of FTEs: 1

Location: Kuala Lumpur (KL)

Experience: 8-12 Years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Global Business Services (GBS) procurement team, ensuring high performance and motivation.
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies for the domain.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in procurement operations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure procurement activities align with business objectives.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and procurement metrics to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in procurement and team management.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
