We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated FP&A Analyst to join our finance team. The FP&A Analyst will be responsible for providing financial insights and projections to the finance team. This role involves preparing financial reports, conducting analysis, and developing financial models to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
• Analyze financial performance and provide insights to senior management.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze financial data.
• Analyze cost data to understand product profitability.
• Support Marketing in customer spend analysis.
• Support Fulfillment in inventory valuation and inventory optimization.
• Identify trends, variances, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide actionable recommendations.
• Support the annual budgeting process and periodic re-forecasts.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations for executive leadership and board meetings.
• Support Controller in continuously improving financial processes and systems.
• Preparation, coordination, and documentation of various financial analysis projects.
• Analyze financial and expense performance, rate of return, depreciation, working capital, and investments.
• Provide analytical insights for future-oriented financial and business-related projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial software (NetSuite a plus).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
