Evaluate business performance of the aftermarket operations for strategic decision making. Involve in digital transformation projects
- Work closely with business managers for monthly forecasting
- Regular data mining and analysis to keep track of actual results vs. business plan
- Support customized reporting of key performance indicators to headquarters and provide respective analysis
- Provide data analysis and recommendations to business managers for strategic planning
- Tracking and monitoring of project portfolio and alert business managers for proper business actions
- Liaise with internal departments to drive cost effectiveness strategies
- Follow up the usage of digital platform
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above (business related disciplines preferred)
- 3 year relevant experience (HVAC industry preferred)
- Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in SAP / Salesforce is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work under pressure and commit to tight deadlines
- Willing to learn, self-motivated and pro-active. A team player who can perform independently and partner with business in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent Mandarin and English is pre-requisite for this position.
