Position Overview

The F16 ADT DIFF/IMP Engineer ensures smooth TECHNODE transfer from TD, improves yield, reduces CT, expands tools towards TTMCY, and collaborates with relevant departments.

As one of members, you should understand site, department, area goals and set individual goals to achieve them with discussion with your SV.

You are required to take a responsibility for process & workstation as owner and do all tasks assigned timely and accurately. You are also highly appreciated to work positively and show your ownership of all the tasks you are assigned. position here.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and improve DIFF/IMP process condition and technology.
  • Upgrade process capability and reduce production cost.
  • Establish and modify process management projects.
  • Set up process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment.
  • Evaluation, promotion, and planning of new equipment and materials.
  • Conduct abnormal analysis and improvement.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Shown curiosity about semiconductor process engineering.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding ability to collaborate with multi-functional teams.
  • Ambitious approach with a drive to innovate.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in developing technology nodes in semiconductor
  • Proficiency in process simulation and data analysis tools.
  • The ability to independently drive technical projects.
  • Strong English reading, writing, and speaking skills.
