Prepare samples for analysis.

Minimum Qualifications

Position Summary

The unit seeks a conscientious, thorough, and careful student assistant to assist lab personnel with sample preparation and laboratory maintenance.

Relevant/Preferred Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification in Position

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies

  • Lab experience in biology or similar.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability & willingness to learn from direction and experience.

Sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, lifting/carrying

up to 30 lbs.
