Purpose
Responsible for supporting and helping users with IT issues and associated services
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact within the IT Group to provide technical support to end-users
Help users on a day-to-day basis with IT-related issues
Repair and troubleshoot PCs
Troubleshoot software and network issues
Troubleshoot basic Active Directory / Windows Domain issues
Perform proactive maintenance on PCs and Printers
Configure and install PCs, Printers, and Scanners
Perform first-level problem determination and resolution
Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate team members
Monitor and follow up on outstanding issues and update users on the current status
Assist with special projects as needed
Consistently meet or exceed requirements/performance criteria
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Computer repair and troubleshooting
Basic Microsoft Windows/Microsoft Office environment
Familiar with Microsoft Active Directory/Microsoft Domain a plus
Experience with Asset Management and ITSM Platforms
Excellent attitude and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree in IT and/or related field of study
2+ years troubleshooting software; network issues; maintenance of PCs and printers
Preferred Skills
Communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of personnel
Detail and customer service-oriented
Problem-solving skills to resolve issues
Must be willing to work outside normal business hours as needed
May travel to different work locations to troubleshoot IT issues
