WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

As a Architecture Assistant Manager of Home & Office Planning in City Operation, reporting to the head of Home & Office Planning, you will draw up innovations and solution roadmaps from the perspective of housing to solve social issues not just on a single housing unit but on a city-wide layer.

And you'll be responsible for building strategically significant experiences and creating solutions that solve real-life problems. We are looking for a hands-on manager to propose ideas logically and imaginatively to deliver these experiences for customers through their connected home for the test course infrastructure in Woven City.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Planning and execution of strategic capital investments in Woven City
• Planning and execution of improvements to installed capital investments
• Consensus building and coordination with internal and external stakeholders
• Specification requests to development teams
• Project management on time and within budget

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Logical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proactive attitude to identify problems and work with stakeholders to solve them
• Communication skills to promote smooth work with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to explain ideas logically, not just sensibly
• Business-level Japanese language skills
• Daily conversation-level English skills Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders to promote business activities smoothly

NICE TO HAVES

• 5+ years of project management experience
• Experience catching up on knowledge in areas outside of your area of expertise
• Experience building consensus with executive level
• Experience developing and promoting new business plans
