POSITION OVERWIEV

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced IT Product Owner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management within an IT or software development environment, with a proven track record of successfully leading product development efforts. As an IT Product Owner, you will play a critical role in defining and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to meet business goals and stakeholder needs.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a Product Owner or similar role in an IT or software development environment
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams
  • Demonstrated ability to define and prioritize product requirements, manage backlogs, and lead product development efforts
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Experience with product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2 Foundation/Practitioner)
  • Experience with cloud-based solutions and technologies
  • Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles and best practices
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements in the IT industry
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex IT products in a fast-paced environment

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

  • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals and stakeholder needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and business analysts, to gather and prioritize product requirements
  • Create and maintain a well-defined product backlog, ensuring that user stories and acceptance criteria are clear and actionable
  • Lead the planning and execution of product releases, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features and enhancements
  • Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to provide updates on product progress, gather feedback, and adjust priorities as needed
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation
  • Ensure that the product meets compliance and security standards, working closely with relevant teams to address any issues
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external partners
