Mercer
We are seeking a talented HR Systems Implementation Senior Consultant to join our Digital Solutions team at Mercer. This role will be based in Romania. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
Your mission will be to assist clients in the implementation and support of the Workday solution. You will participate in transformation projects towards the Workday management solution and provide support and maintenance services for this platform for our clients.
Following an initial period of acclimatization to our tools and methodologies, you will assume responsibility for a specific technical or functional domain. In this role, you will collaborate closely with a Project Manager or Service Manager to deliver high-value services that meet our clients' needs and contribute to the overall success of our projects.
Within the Digital Transformation department, the mission is to accompany transformation and innovation to enable clients to mobilize their talents, achieve rapid results, and build agile organizations supported by modern technologies.
