Express is searching for a TEMPORARY Maintenance Technician for an elderly apartment community in the Carmichaels, PA area! This will be a roughly 6-8 week assignment only!

Job Duties:

• Basic repair to plumbing
• Diagnosing and fixing electrical issues
• Groundskeeping
• Flipping apartments to have them ready for new clients
• Painting
• Cleaning
• Other duties as assigned

Schedule and Pay:

• Schedule is TBD but the hours will be 7am to 3pm
• Pay is $18/hr
