Life Safety Officer - Full-Time Nights

Location Address: Twin Towers, 5343 Hamilton Avenue, College Hill, Ohio, 45224
Shift Available: Full-Time: 7 pm - 7 am, which includes an every other weekend schedule.
What is your role? The Life Safety Officer is responsible for ensuring safe and secure operations for the campus. This position implements security policies, regulations, rules, and norms and provides an environment safe for residents, associates, and guests.
Position Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- CPR/AED/First Aid training.
- Valid Driver’s License

Here’s what you can expect:
To work with a variety of people who treat others with respect and compassion.
Here’s what you’re responsible for:
- Ensure security of entire campus, including parking areas
- Maintain Fire and Emergency policies, procedures and regulatory requirements. Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Communicates safety and security procedures throughout the campus
- Accumulates, maintains, and provides statistics and reports as directed
- Investigates safety and security incidents that occur on campus property. Report all accidents or incidents involving residents or staff personnel to the Department Head.
- Inspects and maintains Life Safety equipment
- Tests fire alarms, fire detection systems, fire extinguishers and emergency call systems
- On occasion, the Life Safety Officer will be required to deliver meals to residents’ homes.
