As a Developer on the LoadRunner team at OpenText, you’ll play a key role in designing and building scalable, high-performance solutions used by organizations worldwide. Your code will empower businesses to test and improve their systems, ensuring optimal performance under pressure. What you need to succeed

  • 4+ years of experience in software development with a strong foundation in object-oriented programming and design patterns.
  • Proficiency in .NET and familiarity with C++ and Angular.
  • Solid grasp of multi-threaded application development and system design.
  • Hands-on experience with test-driven development and tools such as JUnit or Selenium.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in dynamic development environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, keen attention to detail, and an eagerness to keep learning.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to thrive in a multi-geo team setup.
