About this Position

• This role is Business Controlling manager for Taiwan HCB business, Scope: consumer + professional, based in Shanghai, will work remotely as a finance partner to contribute to overall improvement of Taiwan HCB business financial performance and internal controls, including but not limited to lead monthly forecast and closing of P&L, yearly P&L planning, business case simulation and GP analysis, MKT and SG&A cost monitor and controlling.

What you´ll do

• Planning and forecasting: lead monthly rolling forecast/ business review, perform annual budget / long-term strategic plan.
• Month-end closing: Deliver on time and high-quality month-end closing on each line.
• Analysis and decision support:
• Business case simulation, regular MKT/SG&A cost tracking and efficiency analysis.
• Brand profitability analysis and R&O identification.
• Ensure compliance with different guidelines.
• Support on internal and external audit.
• Partner with business team in Taiwan and controlling team on Ad-hoc projects.

What makes you a good fit

• At least 5 years’ experience in financial planning analysis and modeling. FMCG/Retail industry experience is required.
• Bachelor or above in Accounting / Finance / Business Administration fields.
• Advanced command of MS EXCEL and PPT. VBA, Power BI, or other analysis tools is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills (communicating / influencing).
• Proactive, self-motivated, willing to learn.
• Fluent oral and written English.
