Job Description

We have an opportunity for a Software Engineer - SATCOM - C, C++ to join our Aerospace team in Brno or Prague. Our team is developing software for satellite communication devices, where you will have an exciting opportunity to specialize in a relevant industry field and participate in developing the biggest trends in SATCOM.

This is a hybrid role, 3 days in office, 2 from home.

Key Responsibilities

• Software design and implementation – we are working mainly in C and C++, sometimes in Python
• Requirements analysis and development
• Support of systems design
• Cooperation with colleagues from other global teams, mainly with colleagues in Canada and UK

Qualifications

Key requirements

• Engineering degree is required
• Experience with C, C++, and/or Python
• English – advanced knowledge
• Proactive approach, candidate open to learn new things, and long-term interest in developing his career in Honeywell
• Experience with designing solutions considering cybersecurity principles would be beneficial
