As a member of TikTok Creator Monetization team, you will - Be responsible for building backend services for large-scale consumer-facing applications. - Work closely with product/operations and other teams to promote benign product iterations. - Set long-term technical/business goals and break them down into an executable roadmap. - Facilitate close collaboration between cross-functional teams, balancing the pros and cons to ensure engineering delivery. - Guide technical solution design, helping team members grow and accumulate technical precipitation.
Minimum Qualifications - Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms, proficient in at least one coding language, including but not limited to Go, Java, Python, C++, Javascript, TypeScript. - Curiosity towards new technology and outstanding ability to analyze and solve problems. Preferred Qualifications - BA/BS Degree in Computer Science or related major. - Good grasp of software engineering and how to build a system in scalable and extensive manner. - Industry experience in a software development environment. - Understanding of concurrency, database, and message queue. - Experience in data analytics.
