About the Company:

Leading company in the manufacturing of cold heading machines, renowned for producing high-quality fasteners, including screws, bolts, and other headed products. We are currently seeking skilled and experienced Header(Screw machines) Operators to join the team. This is a direct hire opportunity for individuals who are dedicated to producing top-tier products in a fast-paced, precision-driven environment.

Position Overview:

As a Machine Operator with , you will be responsible for operating cold heading machines that produce various fasteners. You will work with a team to ensure efficient production and high-quality output. Your primary responsibility will be to set up, operate, and maintain machines, focusing on meeting production goals while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot cold heading machines, specifically those used for producing screws, bolts, and other fasteners.
• Ensure proper machine functionality and make adjustments as needed.
• Inspect finished products to verify they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment while adhering to all safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and timelines.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs on machines.
• Document production data and machine performance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience operating cold heading machines or similar manufacturing equipment in the fastener industry.
• Proven ability to read blueprints and technical drawings related to fastener production.
• Strong understanding of machine set-up, operation, and troubleshooting.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to collaborate with colleagues.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with National Machinery cold heading machines is a plus.
• Knowledge of machine maintenance and repair is preferred.
• Ability to perform quality inspections using precision measuring tools.
