What you´ll do

Join Henkel as “ISR Data Maintenance Analyst” and enable data-driven decision making in our Adhesives business. You ensure the accessibility of our Strategy & Sales data on our Integrated Steering & Reporting (ISR) platform.

Your primary responsibility is to collect, review and upload ISR master data in continuous alignment with our Business Stakeholders. Your secondary focus is to execute and design data quality management processes and enable self-service BI capabilities for our users. In addition, you are curious about continuously automating and improving our internal processes.

We are looking for team members who are eager to grow and contribute to a culture of excellence in a dynamic environment and to:

  • Coordinate and refine ISR master data updates with business stakeholders across all parts of Henkel Adhesives
  • Maintain and streamline data mappings using MS Excel and Azure Portal
  • Execute data quality checks and KPI monitoring using ISR and Databricks
  • Identify and resolve data inconsistencies together with our development team
  • Assist in the development of a wholistic self-service BI approach, allowing the users to access ISR data for their own BI reporting in Microsoft Power BI
  • Automate internal ISR data processes with Python and Microsoft Power Query

What makes you a good fit

  • Experience in data-driven analytics in ERP (SAP, Oracle) or BI (Power BI, Tableau) environments
  • Required technical skills: Advanced Excel skills
  • Preferred technical skills: SQL, Python, and/or MS Power BI
  • Proactive working style and solid analytical skills
  • Ability to manage stakeholders from various functions and (ideally) ability to translate business requirements into technical design documents
  • Fluent spoken & written English
  • Good communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and agile mindset

Minimum salary: 1500 EUR gross (Of course, an overpayment is possible depending on the respective training, qualification and professional experience. The gross salary is based on these aforementioned criteria and is finally determined after the personal interview.)
