Qualifications:

Associate?s degree or the equivalent of sixty (60) semester hours of college credit in educational, social and/or humanitarian related studies., or a related field preferred.

Experience working in educational or youth development programs.

Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including afternoons and evenings, within a 30-hour workweek.

Proficiency in technology and data management.

The 21st Century Site Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the success of after-school programs that enhance student learning and community engagement.
