IT | Network Engineering
Department's Website:
Responsible for supporting and monitoring the UAMS Network Engineering environment. Environment includes but is not limited to: Networking equipment from Arista, Aruba, Brocade, F5, Juniper, and Cisco; networking monitoring software from Arista, Aruba, Brocade, Cisco, Juniper, AKiPS, SolarWinds, InMon or other functionally equivalent applications. Responsible for working with all areas of IT and the entire campus to ensure maximum network uptime - both local and wide area networks. Keeps up-to-date on emerging technologies that would benefit UAMS and compliment UAMS’ mission/goals. Provides mentoring and guidance to network team as a whole as needed.
