Our mission is to ensure that TikTok feels intuitive, responsive, and culturally relevant for users around the world. --- Responsibilities - Define and continuously improve the user experience of our short video product to enhance ease of use, responsiveness, and overall satisfaction. - Develop region-specific UX strategies by taking into account local cultures, user behavior, network conditions, and device performance. - Leverage data insights and user research to drive product decisions and maintain a leading user experience. - Stay informed about industry trends in short video platforms and identify opportunities to apply emerging technologies to improve both content creation and consumption experiences. - Explore and validate new usage scenarios based on deep user understanding to unlock future growth opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or above with 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager. - Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills. Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives independently. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset and a high level of self-motivation. - Global mindset with a genuine passion for consumer-facing products.
