The Entry-Level Structural/Bridge Engineer will collaborate with and be mentored by our Engineering associates on the team. You’ll have the opportunity to work on transportation projects that focus on bridge and other transportation structure design including plan production as well as quantities development under the supervision of a Professional Engineer. You will work with our team on tasks relating to project coordination, developing Contract Documents using computer-assisted design software, evaluation of existing facilities and so much more.

Here's what you'll need

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or other related specialization from an accredited ABET-university
  • A working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with Microstation, OpenRoads Designer, or AutoCAD.
  • Experience or coursework pertaining to the design of concrete or steel structures.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as an intermediate level of technical writing and communication skills.
  • Previous experience with structural engineering software is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic team environment that workshares across our entire footprint.
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, and organizational skills.

Posted Salary Range: Minimum

61,800.00

Posted Salary Range: Upper

90,000.00

The base salary range for this position is $61,800.00 to $90,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
