In Tubize, you will join more than 250 colleagues recognized by domestic and international partners for expertise on products such as Radio Frequency (RF) Products, C4ISR, Crypto Global Solution, MACS (Aeronautical Intercom) and many others.

In Herstal, you will join more than 150 colleagues specialized in the design, development, production and supply of weapon systems and ammunitions for use by customers in the Defense (MoD), Aerospace (OEM) and Land (OEM) sectors. With the Guided Rocket in the portfolio additional market’s segments are now addressed like Ground-to-Ground applications or Counter-UAS.

As Operational Marketing Manager, you will support Thales' growth in Belgium and Luxembourg both in the deployment of strategies and engagement plans already developed and linked to the Belgian Ministry of Defence (Strategic Account) and in the development of new plans to ensure the continuity of Thales Belgium's business. You will also participate to represent the group's interest (beyond the activities present in BeLux) and will support the capture of structuring opportunities such as those related to air defense while ensuring that local "hot buttons" such as societal return and multi-regional dimension are considered.

Your mission

Marketing

  • Contributes to the execution of the various strategic plans (Strategique Account Plan, Engagement Plan, Protect Plan) by supporting KAM/Sales in the activation of their plans.
  • Develops/customizes, by account, integrated value propositions and corresponding sales content especially for counter-UAV systems (hard kill & soft kill).
  • Localizes, develops and implements integrated marketing campaigns - activated according to the communication team's channel strategy - in support of the company's local reputation and demand generation actions in the country/region.
  • Mobilizes digital marketing capabilities to optimize local customer engagement. Monitors campaign KPIs.
  • Participates in the organization of trade shows and conferences in order to promote Thales Group locally and TBE around the world.
  • Conducts market studies to feed the implementation of strategies related to the extension of Thales Belgium's footprint worldwide
  • Monitor market trends and competitive developments, alongside the sales representatives and liaise with the group CMI and BLs
  • Facilitate discussions between Belgian entities in order to promote synergies. Anti-drone systems will be a priority
  • Supports multi-GBU market segments to meet the need for new offerings by segment, particularly for offshore infrastructure protection and electronic warfare.
  • Leads integrated working groups with other entities of the group

Product Policy Support

  • Develops promotional materials related to products and services, including digital content in support of Thales Belgium's PLMs
  • Feeds the BeLux SBP and other strategic documents with marketing and product/service inputs
  • Supports Thales BeLux entities (TBE, CDI, TAS, AVS) in understanding processes and tools

  • French, professional English
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, account management, strategy or sales.
