In Tubize, you will join more than 250 colleagues recognized by domestic and international partners for expertise on products such as Radio Frequency (RF) Products, C4ISR, Crypto Global Solution, MACS (Aeronautical Intercom) and many others.
In Herstal, you will join more than 150 colleagues specialized in the design, development, production and supply of weapon systems and ammunitions for use by customers in the Defense (MoD), Aerospace (OEM) and Land (OEM) sectors. With the Guided Rocket in the portfolio additional market’s segments are now addressed like Ground-to-Ground applications or Counter-UAS.

As Operational Marketing Manager, you will support Thales' growth in Belgium and Luxembourg both in the deployment of strategies and engagement plans already developed and linked to the Belgian Ministry of Defence (Strategic Account) and in the development of new plans to ensure the continuity of Thales Belgium's business. You will also participate to represent the group's interest (beyond the activities present in BeLux) and will support the capture of structuring opportunities such as those related to air defense while ensuring that local "hot buttons" such as societal return and multi-regional dimension are considered.
