Project Sales Manager

This position is responsible for reviewing requests for proposals, assigning project proposal team and acts as senior level authority to identify and assist proposal team in developing statements of work.

Your Challenge:

• Oversee the day-to-day activities of the global project sales team, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
• Continuously evaluate and improve the sales process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and targets.
• Plan, organize and develop sales organization for company markets that will produce optimum profitability.
• Follow and comply with company policies regarding quote development, compliance with corporate terms and condition policies.
• Provide accurate price and cost data for proposals. Provide accurate compliance with solicitation requirements. Provide pricing strategy guidance to clients.
• Assist in the design, implementation, management, and monitoring of pricing reporting systems to meet company requirements.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to boost sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and prospects.

Your Expertise:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Business Administration
• 7+ years of experience in a similar role
• Strong oral and written communication skills with knowledge of MS Office
• Supervisory/management experience required
• Ability to set priorities, work independently, and bring issues to resolution.
