- Conduct feasibility analyses of processes considered for automation
- Write functional specifications for RPA developers
- Monitor and coordinate RPA projects with stakeholders (Quality, Finance, Purchasing, etc.
- Configure CoPilot environments in Automation Anywhere (user creation, role management, pools, licenses)
- Perform and validate functional tests during the acceptance phase
- Create KPI reports for monitoring automation performance
- Write procedures and technical documentation
- Prepare and lead project meetings
- Develop and update deployment schedules
- Lead the RPA champion network and facilitate quarterly meetings
- Audit the quality management and control process
As an apprenticeship, this role provides the chance to learn and develop versatile technical and project management skills, emphasizing interdepartmental collaboration and a focus on efficiency and quality through KPIs and audits
