We are looking for a well-organized, collaborative and tech-savvy individual to join our global Technical Support team as Technical Support Engineer for the Forsta Visualizations Product Suite.

The Technical Support Engineer provides guidance to our clients and internal teams. You will become a Forsta Visualizations specialist and work closely with members of Technical Support, Project Management, Account Management, Customer Success, and Cloud Operations as well as Engineering to leverage the Forsta Visualizations platform.

Responsibilities include:

Product Support: Respond to a wide range of product-related and technical questions regarding the use and operation of our products

Troubleshoot complex client issues involving reporting solutions and data workflows

Communicate with clients electronically to troubleshoot issues and clarify requirements

Manage client expectations

Provide guidance to internal departments

Follow company security and privacy policies and related procedures, and ensure proper safeguarding of information and data made accessible to you

What you bring:

Strong communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills

Good knowledge of Excel and SPSS

Demonstrated understanding of technology and ability to leverage technology effectively  

High social skills and service-minded  

Ability to work in a matrixed, cross-functional environment 

Proven analytical skills; you enjoy “figuring out” things out

Ability to communicate technical issues in a clear manner

Strong work ethic

Experience with Forsta Visualizations/Dapresy is a plus

Experience from market research industry is a plus

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Associates/Bachelor’s degree in Data Sciences or Data Analysis

2-3 years’ experience in a similar environment (eg. Software Application support) with comparable responsibilities is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered
