A day in the life
As a Manager III, you'll start your day leading team meetings to align on priorities and remove blockers. You'll spend time mentoring your direct reports, reviewing program metrics, and identifying opportunities for process improvement. Throughout the day, you'll collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive strategic initiatives forward, analyze data to make informed decisions, and ensure project milestones stay on track. You'll also participate in leadership meetings to provide updates on your portfolio of programs and contribute to broader organizational strategy discussions.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $114,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $189,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
