Position Summary
The College of Education and Human Sciences (COEHS) invites applicants for its Administrative Assistant 3 position. This position supports the COEHS Office of the Dean with activities specific to alumni engagement, donor relations, event planning, and college initiatives and projects. The position requires strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with professionalism and a positive attitude.
The Administrative Assistant 3 will complete a broad range of duties including, but not limited to: coordinate meetings, special events, and college functions. Serves as a liaison with alumni, donors and external stakeholders. Compose administrative correspondence; complete purchasing and travel; update and maintain records and databases. Provide general administrative and clerical support.

Conditions of Employment
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED; at least 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
Preferred Qualifications
Pay Hourly: $17.39 - $22.37 Benefits Eligible This is a benefits eligible position.
