We are hiring a Project Manager to join the NetSuite SDLC team within the Engineering department. The team is a small team that focuses on tools and processes improvements to ensure product development teams adhere to the Software Development Life Cycle requirements. The project manager will interact with cross functional teams to generate requirements, implement improvements, monitor adherence, and provide visibility into the outcomes. We are looking for someone who has 3+ years working in a product development environment with knowledge of the development life cycle through branching and releasing code.

Project Planning and Management

  • Define project scope and requirements to improve existing tools and development environments to ensure adherance to the NetSuite Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) 
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to build requirements (Product Management, Development/QA, Release Management, Compliance Teams, Security Teams)
  • Submit requirements, track work, verify changes, 
  • Document and rollout new changes

Process Management and Improvement

  • Define improves to existing processes or develop new processes to ensure development processes and workflows adhere to the NetSuite Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) 
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop and propose process/workflow changes (Product Management, Development/QA, Release Management, Compliance Teams, Security Teams)
  • Document and rollout new changes 

New Products and Services

  • Work with new engineering teams to ensure development processes are compliant

Communications

  • Communicate with all levels of the organization
  • Understand and address program questions from all parts of the company
  • Create and present overviews/presentations to different departments
  • Create newsletters to inform all departments of project changes
