What You'll Do
You will take on a leadership role within team, serving as the technical lead for the development and support of HR Service Delivery on the ServiceNow platform. You will be responsible for setting the technical direction, guiding a team of engineers, and ensuring high-quality delivery across HRSD initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with the Product Owner while owning the technical vision, helping drive continuous improvement, scalability, and performance of the platform.
You will work closely with the Product Owner and global teammates to analyze requirements, architect robust solutions, and implement capabilities using tools such as IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, UI Builder, Service Portal, Employee Service Center, and other core ServiceNow features.
The role requires regular interaction with senior business stakeholders, a proactive approach to driving continuous improvement, and a high degree of autonomy in a fast-paced Agile environment.

You will join an existing Agile squad comprised of engineers, architects, analysts, a product owner, and scrum master. You will report to the ServiceNow Chapter Lead and will work closely with the product owner and scrum master to determine your work for each sprint.
