The creation of the HHC System Support Office recognizes the work of a large and growing group of employees whose responsibilities are continually evolving so that we and our departments now work on behalf of the system as a whole, rather than a single member organization.

Position Summary:
The Data Integrity Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the accuracy, consistency, and quality of an organization’s data by implementing and enforcing data governance policies, conducting regular data audits, identifying and resolving data discrepancies, and ensuring proper data collection and storage practices to protect against data corruption and breaches, ultimately guaranteeing the reliability of information used for decision-making in the company.
Position Responsibilities:
Key Areas of Responsibility
Data Quality Audits:
Regularly performing data audits to identify errors, inconsistencies, and abnormalities across various data sources, including manual data entry, system integrations, and data imports.
Data Governance Framework:
Developing and implementing data governance policies and procedures to define standards for data collection, storage, access, and quality control across the organization.
Data Validation Processes:
Establishing data validation rules and procedures to ensure data accuracy before it is used for analysis and reporting.
Data Cleaning and Remediation:
Identifying and correcting data quality issues, including duplicate records, missing data, and invalid entries.
Data Documentation:
Maintaining comprehensive documentation regarding data sources, data definitions, data lineage, and data quality metrics.
Data Monitoring and Alerting:
Setting up systems to monitor data quality and generate alerts for potential issues, such as unusual data patterns and data integrity violations.
Stakeholder Communication:
Collaborating with different departments and stakeholders to educate them on data quality standards and best practices.
Technology Evaluation and Implementation:
Evaluating and recommending data quality tools and technologies to improve data integrity processes.
Compliance Oversight:
Ensuring compliance with relevant data privacy regulations and industry standards regarding data handling and integrity
