In this role, a typical day will include：

• 销售运营优化和数字化：经销商管理系统的管理运维、对接，问题解决，及未来持续的模块升级改造/功能优化扩充
• 负责部门中各团队的SOP/policy的定期更新工作
• 定期给合作伙伴及内部发送newsletter-如Aloop相关/季度期刊等
• 需要与跨团队跨部门紧密的沟通合作协调支持，使流程与渠道能力和市场需求保持一致

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON: 岗位要求：

• 6-8年医疗器械领域销售/渠道运营经验，了解经销商的管理流程；最好直接具备经销售管理系统的运营经验
• 具有数据分析能力，数据可视化的经验，有财务经验更好
• 具有项目参与/管理经验
• 具有跨部门合作经验，良好的沟通协调和推动能力
• 英语读写OK，适应外企工作方式
