Job Title: Construction Estimator

Company Overview:

Join our team at SERVPRO of East Central Cincinnati and SERVPRO of West Hamilton/Oxford, a leader in the restoration and reconstruction industry. With decades of experience, we are committed to providing exceptional service and quality to our clients. We are expanding our operations and looking for a skilled Reconstruction Estimator to help us continue our growth.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Reconstruction Estimator, you will be responsible for:

• Evaluating damaged properties to determine the scope of reconstruction work needed.
• Preparing detailed cost estimates for reconstruction projects, including labor, materials, and time requirements.
• Collaborating with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure accurate and timely estimates.
• Utilizing estimation software to create and manage project estimates efficiently.
• Conducting site visits to assess damage and gather necessary information for accurate estimates.

Qualifications:

• A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred, but not a necessity 
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an estimator, in the restoration industry.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with estimating software Xactimate.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
