Job Summary
We are looking for Journeyman Plumbers and Apprentice Plumbrs for a three-month job in the Corpus Chrisit area. Monday - Friday 7 am - 3:30 pm
Journeyman Responsibilities:
- Lead plumbing installation
- Layout and install copper piping for domestic hot and cold water systems
- Install cast iron drainage systems, including storm drains and end sweeps
- Communicate with GCs, inspectors, and project managers.
- Ensure jobs are completed on time and to code.
Journeyman Requirements:
- Must have own hand tools.
- Valid Journeyman Plumber License (Texas or reciprocal).
- 4+ years of verifiable plumbing experience.
- Ability to read blueprints and lead a crew
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
- Use power tools and hand tools to assemble pipes, fittings, and fixtures.
- Perform pipe threading and welding as required for various projects.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills related to plumbing systems.
- Proficiency in pipe threading, assembly, construction plumbing, and remodeling tasks
Apprentice Responsibilities:
- Assist in the layout and installation of copper and cast iron piping systems.
- Support journeymen with measurements, cutting, and material staging.
- Learn trade skills related to commercial plumbing installs.
Apprentice Requirements:
- Must have own basic hand tools
- Reliable transportation.
- Previous trade experience or training a plus.
