Assistant Executive Housekeeper

Responsible for ensuring the hotel's housekeeping department runs smoothly and meets cleanliness standards. Their duties include: 

  • Managing the housekeeping team
  • Assisting the Executive Housekeeper in managing the housekeeping department, including the laundry and public areas 
  • Maintaining cleanliness
  • Ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas are clean and meet the hotel's standards 
  • Monitoring staff
  • Assisting and monitoring housekeeping employees in their daily tasks, and informing housekeeping managers of any discrepancies 
  • Ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Ensuring that guest satisfaction and product quality standards are met 
  • Maintaining a positive work environment
  • Maintaining a positive, cooperative work environment between staff and management 
  • Training staff
  • Ensuring training objectives and development plans are completed, and that all staff are trained to meet and exceed service standards 

Experience in Hotel Housekeeping, experience with leading a team and organizing date to day operations.
