What you need to succeed

  • At least 8 years of experience working with .NET/C#.
  • Strong ability to assess system requirements and translate them into development plans.
  • Experience in integrating multiple technologies and troubleshooting complex systems.
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Nice to have but not mandatory: Spring.NET, Hibernate, SQL, REST/SOAP, JMS/MQ, WPF/XAML, and Kendo/Telerik.
  • Experience with test-driven development using frameworks like JUnit and Selenium.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for continuous learning and professional growth.
