Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Front End Engineer to join our team and contribute to developing high-performance, user-centric web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with React and a solid background in product development. You will work closely with designers, product managers, and back-end developers to build and enhance features that provide an exceptional user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Implement: Create responsive and engaging user interfaces using React, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Collaborate: Work with UX/UI designers and product managers to understand requirements and deliver features that align with product goals.
• Optimize Performance: Ensure applications are optimized for speed, performance, and scalability.
• Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable code and conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices.
• User Experience: Focus on improving the usability and functionality of the application, creating intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.
• Troubleshoot and Debug: Identify and resolve issues related to front-end performance and functionality.
• Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, integrating them into the development process when appropriate.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in front-end development with a strong emphasis on React and product development.
• Skills:
• Expertise in React, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API).
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
• Familiarity with modern build tools and version control systems (e.g., Webpack, Git).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and the capability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
